We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in expanding our client base across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential hotel, resort, and homestay clients across India, focusing on establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships with hospitality brands.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals with hospitality clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, such as hotel owners, general managers, and marketing heads, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts that highlight Crodaze’s unique value proposition and address the specific needs of each client.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and meet client expectations.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends to senior management.
- Travel: Travel across India as required to meet with potential clients and close deals.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the hospitality industry, with a strong closing portfolio.
- Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, particularly in hotels, resorts, and homestays.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
